    • All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images on the website, is the property of Socially and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, adaptation, or redistribution of any content without explicit permission is prohibited.

Return and Refund Policy

we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Here's what you need to know about our Return and Refund Policy:

  1. Misprints, Damaged, or Defective Items:
    • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. If the error is on our part, we will cover the costs associated with correcting the issue.

  1. Lost Packages:
    • If a package is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll shoulder the costs for reprinting and shipping a replacement if the error is ours.

  1. Return Address:
    • Items returned are directed by default to the Printful facility. An automated email will notify you once we receive a returned package. Please note, unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If the Printful return address is not used, you could incur charges for any returns you receive.

  1. Incorrect Address:
    • If an address deemed insufficient by the courier is provided, the shipment returns to our facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility once an updated address is confirmed.

  1. Unclaimed Shipments:
    • Unclaimed shipments return to our facility. You'll be responsible for the reshipment cost to yourself or the end customer.

  1. Sealed Goods:
    • Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods, especially face masks. Any such returns will be disposed of, and reshipping won't be available.

  1. Customer Returns:
    • We advise customers to contact us before initiating any returns. We don't provide refunds for buyer's remorse, except for customers in Brazil under specific conditions. If you accept returns or size exchanges for your customers, it's at your discretion and expense. Any new orders for replacements will also be at your expense.

  1. EU Consumer Notification:
    • As per the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for specific goods. Printful reserves the right to decline returns under certain conditions.

  1. Governing Language:
    • This policy is governed by and interpreted in the English language.
